Policies

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable and must be paid at the time of booking in order to secure your spot with your stylist. All deposit's will be applied to the total amount for your service.

Hair

We ask that all clients bring their hair to the shop at least 3 days prior to their appointment.

If you would like to have a wig made, your hair would need to be given to your stylist at least a week in advance.

Consultations are required for all clients who would like units, frontals, or closures installed that have been customized by a stylist outside of GlamGirlzStudio.

Clients are asked to come with their hair taken down and detangled (combed through) prior to their appointment. If your hair is not taken down or detangled an additional fee of $15 may be added to your total to accommodate the additional time spent during your visit. 

Rescheduling

Each client has the option to reschedule their appointment 24 hours in advance. If you do not reschedule your appointment within this time, you will then have to book a new appointment in which a new deposit payment is required. 

Color

Clients are required to notify their stylist of their color of choice a minimum of 3 days prior to their appointment. This is regarding wig installations and silk blow outs. Stylists are not able to fulfill color requests the day of your appointment. 

Time

GlamGirlzStudio values each and every client and understands issues do arise. We ask that each client notifies our stylist if they will be running up to 15 minutes late. If you will be running over 15 minutes behind, we ask that you understand there could be additional wait time dependent on the client after you and that you may be asked to reschedule.
